Warranty Coverage

Parts Warranty

All replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of service or until your vehicle is sold or transferred, whichever comes first. This covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.

Labor Warranty

All labor is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service. If the repaired system fails due to our workmanship, we will re-perform the repair at no charge (parts may be charged separately if additional parts are needed).

24/7 Emergency Roadside Service

Included with your service: emergency roadside assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your vehicle becomes disabled due to a condition we serviced, we will dispatch assistance to help get you back on the road safely.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or improper handling after service completion
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules or manufacturer specifications
  • Use of non-approved fluids, parts, or modifications to the vehicle
  • Damage from extreme weather, road salt, flood, or other environmental factors
  • Repairs performed on the serviced system by a third party after our service
  • Normal wear and tear, including wear items like brake pads, filters, and wiper blades
  • Failure to retain service documentation or proof of purchase
  • Services or vehicles outside our service area after the initial service date
  • Damage caused by lack of lubrication or fluid levels after service completion

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact Us Immediately

If you experience a problem with your serviced vehicle within the warranty period, contact us right away. Call (806) 828-0754 or email lee@yourcarguy806.com with details about the issue.

Provide Documentation

Have your service receipt and invoice ready. Include the date of service, the work performed, and any relevant vehicle information (year, make, model, mileage). Photos or videos of the issue can be helpful.

Inspection & Diagnosis

We will inspect the serviced system and perform any necessary diagnostics to confirm the issue is related to our service and falls within warranty coverage. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Resolution

If approved, we will repair or replace the affected system at no additional charge. For mobile services, we can dispatch to your location. We'll contact you with an estimated timeline for repairs.

Follow-up

After the repair is complete, we'll confirm everything is working properly and provide you with updated documentation for your records.
