What if a part fails after 12 months?

Do I need to keep my receipt for warranty claims?

Are diagnostic fees refunded if I don't need repairs?

Yes. If we diagnose a problem and you choose not to proceed with repairs, you can get a full refund of the diagnostic fee if you're not satisfied with the diagnosis. If you proceed with repairs, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.

Can I transfer the warranty to another vehicle I own?

No. The warranty covers the specific vehicle the repair was performed on. It cannot be transferred to a different vehicle, even if you own it.
